It's beginning to reveal itself.  As you can see, I'm carefully removing matrix (surrounding material) all around the tooth.  It's tricky, but try to be sure that the tooth is staying as stable as possible, until if finally "pops out."  Click the tooth to see what it looked like after being removed.
