Description - This tooth has an unusual, very dark golden tan color It also has secondary side cusps (cusplets) in addition to the primary ones. The left one is more pronounced. It appears that the left third or so of the root was broken off and re-attached. It is also possible that other repair/reconstruction was done to the left side of the root. If so, an excellent repair job was done, making it difficult to tell, especially from the front. The blade is exceptional, with only very minor damage/smoothing and a bit of enamel splitting.
