why blue?

Description - This tooth is a monster, at nearly 3 inches and well over 2 inches wide.  It truly feels like a meg in your hand.  The blade is quite nice, but there are extensive hydration cracks in the root, with a small amount of root missing from the top/center.  The color is gray, but there are very faint hints of blue.  They may be more obvious in the photos than they are in person, but if you look at the tooth in direct sunlight, you will see it.

Perhaps you've noticed that some of the teeth at the web site are labeled with blue lettering.  These teeth are in my personal collection.  While I prefer not to sell them, everything has it's price.  If the price of a "blue" item seems high, that's because I LIKE IT and don't really want to sell it.  If you like it enough to pay what I'm asking for it though, it deserves an honored place in your collection.
