This is a family owned and operated business.  We do things more old-fashioned than you may be used to, and that's the way we like it.  We can't afford to treat you like a faceless number and merely rely on a large advertising budget to bring in more customers.  YOU are our primary form of advertising.  It is very important that you are happy with the items you purchase and feel that you have been treated fairly.  We want you to become a repeat customer and tell others about our unique, high-quality products.

If for any reason, you are unhappy with the item you have purchased, return it within 14 days (in the same condition that you received it) and get a replacement or refund of the purchase price, including the original shipping cost.  PLEASE follow the return instructions that are enclosed with your item.  It is important that you contact us first by eMail, to get the correct return address.  Depending on the time of year, we may be in California, Florida or somewhere else.

NOTE - We will not provide a refund for, or replacement of, an item that you have damaged.  Please realize that a fossil, such as a shark tooth, is NOT indestructible.  In spite of the fossilization process and our additional treatment to harden the fossil (if a jewelry pendant), it is approximately the consistency of a rock.  If you drop it onto a hard surface or toss it into a pile of other jewelry, it may chip or break.  Also, if you attempt to forcibly manipulate it's attachment to the jewelry, you will very likely break the fossil or tear it from the attachment.
