We are primarily interested in purchasing teeth that are large and of good quality.  The cost of shipping small, worn or damaged teeth is often greater than the value of the teeth.  We acquire plenty of those type of teeth through our own fossil hunting and large collection purchases.  As a rule, we pay approximately 1/2 the retail value of shark teeth and other fossils (taking into account the cost of shipping).
